Andy Whelan is a mature individual and I know for a fact he appreciates a truthful well intentioned kick in the a$$. On this one, he needed it! In my opinion, Keith Nalepka is a maestro on his feet and in speaking and certainly when creating articulate interviews in front of a mike.
Nothing to do with so many years, whose baby it is, or heavy lifting......you nailed it at the top, "Yes, Keith is a better speaker" and what's with, "but he just got there?" I don't care if he started that morning, you were totally correct Keith can nail those all day long!
If I had control of BIEL, Andy Whelan would, in all lkelihood, never sit in front of a mike again. I have poured many accolades for years toward the CEO, but interviews are just not his best asset and a good leader knows when to support the best people at what to do. Hope this helps a little.....
