No, I said this:

And, no, both companies together will not be worth "a lot more," they'll be worth whatever nFusz is worth plus whatever Sound Concepts is worth (valued at $25M). You might bolt a premium onto what Sound Concepts is worth should there be synergies to exploit, but it won't be a 10X premium, nowhere even close.

I said that because nFusz and Sound Concepts have allegedly set the value of the latter at $25M ($15M in cash plus $10M in stock). If you add a company valued at $25M to a company valued at $76M, you get a company value at approximately $101M. That's simple math.
