I am fairly new to this too and frankly I have learned a lot about the legal issues by reading some really great posts on this board. We have some legal experts here.
If and only IF we settle and royalty is included in the package it makes sense for Carter to just turn this company into a normal reporting company to keep the cash cow going.
If there is going to be a buyout, everyone gets paid...no competition to sell anything. If a trial, the price will most likely keep going up till the trial date when everyone knows we go into trial with a strong hand.
Doubling or tripling the price by end of the year is an absolute minimum according to many opinions on this board.
You and me are not early in this game but I don't think we will complain if we see our money double or triple just in a few months...at minimum!
