Seriously...If we are going to have a settlement that includes royalty for the past and future use of the infringed technology, why in the world anyone, including Carter, wants to right away sell their shares that will make free money for them (and raise the stock price over years) for the rest of their lives? If anyone needs money, they can just borrow from their UOIP equity at 2-3% interest rate and let their UOIP investment grow after a settlement announcement!

I would imagine Carter would dump all of his shares as soon as the settlement hits correct?

No, he would be distributing the funds through cash dividends... Otherwise how does the money get to his pocket... Dumping that amount of shares would crash the price and he would never get near the amount of money he would if he did a cash dividend.

Got to be logical about these things.
