That makes absolutely no sense. Stop loss orders that would take the price higher (over $1) wold have to be shorts that are covering. There have been no measurable shorts in EVIO. MMs can't accumulate shares by selling onto stop loss buying... gheeesh! This is all about some buyers who keep misreading that the dilution is over every time the diluters take their foot off of the pedal. Then the diluters step back in and crush it.
