Without a doubt dilution is continuing. They have done a lot to get the blocks placed strategically. However, until the revenues start coming in more of the same will continue. Anyone have any clue as to how Ca. is going pertaining to revenues since mandatory implemented July 1? How bad could they be to not get an update?
