Wasn't watching today but did when it popped last few times as I was a bag holder for months but I added a whole bunch of 0.0006 last few weeks as someone would grab them all and b sure to close it at 0.0007 last few weeks, either way I had a sell order for 0.0008 and not complain as I freed 7mil shares.

Where is it written that dilution cannot take place if the ticker has a Stop Sign at OTCM? Got a link?

If it didnt have a stop sign Id say dilution it sure doesnt move like it did in the spring like night and day
