It’s always been common knowledge that it was much less likely on a stop sign..... but since the Alpine thing arose in April it’s at least tons tons tons less likely than before. It’s hard if not impossible to clear notes in this state

Well you cannot introduce new notes when not current given how it acted in the spring I don’t see how it could and I didn’t see any of the typical dilutors on the ask
