I'm so ready for this---people may make light of commercial designs and human judgment and projections but one thing that has never failed to impress is land acquisition.

Add in water rights and it's something special, alright.

Factor in the buyer's being in the water biz and guess what?

I picked up another 1500 shares in my 401K @ $11.62, as, my COB overall is just under $12. That is probably about it for me. Puts me at just a little over 40 units in all accounts.
The news we got today coupled with the 50,000 share purchase by one of the executives earlier this week made me want just a little more. I don't think my latest purchase will disappoint.
This point on, once this news has time to disseminate we should resume our upward bias.
