First, what constitutes many is relative to the float of free trading shares. Second how many is determined by the accumulation/ distribution lines which currently tells one that there is more and more distribution going on, so there's very little accumulations going on. When there is more distribution it means people are trading and not holding/accumulating.

If people were buying, accumulating, and holding as some post here all the time, the accumulation/distribution line would be pointing upward instead of downward. Accumulation and holding reduces the real free trading float, when that happens it forces the price per share upward. Simple supply and demand, the greater demand and low supply forces the price upward and when the supply is high and demand is low forces the price downward. Thus that is why year over year VLDI is making lower lows and lower highs.

So based on current trading activity it is easy to tell that not many are holding and more are trading thus distribution. The weekly chart definitely supports this position: http://schrts.co/opCAGH
