For that to happen SPCL would of had too time as Voluntary Filers, so they could skip over the filings that were causing the issues. I agree, why would you pump up a stock as you are trying to accumulate. There are not that many free shares out there any more. Almost all shares are in lockdown. If this is not the timing to drop those financials, I do not know what is.
