There is a good chance that the PESA technology has been sold, the evaluation of the tech for 40 Million. The Law firm I did not know about that would be the missing puzzle piece for me. Someone a while back posted about a company currently sell into PESA technology to the open market soon, & then Solaris website came down. Too many coincidences in the proper order. I am sure there are those out there that will disput the claim because there was no official press release. I will go with my gut and believe it occurred.
