What will become of INOH now that Goldberg is prohibited from participating in any penny stocks?

I wonder who the “stock promoters” are that are referenced in this action and I wonder when the hammer will come down on them. Soon, I hope.

13. Goldberg did so to fraudulently induce investors to buy shares of Ovations stock so that one or more stock promoters could sell their Ovations shares in the market for a profit.
