Im not an expert on this but I like to use common sense and my common sense tells me you cannot file for bankruptcy having your coffers full at 300B. Also people like to talk about how much money WAMU had invested but noone really likes to talk about the liabilities. Anyways you cannot claim the estate is broke and then later on show Billions or trillions in assets LOL.
I guess even if they can distribute the money directly to the markers I don't see how they can keep that info out of public scrutiny there will be a lot of people pissed off.
My guess is we will get some money of course but not as much as people here think.. IMO
