I agree. It will likely go down to 0.45 again. This will only stop upon some proper financing announcement - hopefully soon.

Yep, disappointing. I thought they did not get the shares til they exercised the warranrs.

The shares from the offering can't be sold just yet, or at least they couldn't be sold that quickly the last time around. There is a process to register the shares that begins at the closing of the offering and takes 2-4 weeks.
