All of that means nothing unless we can produce more than 8K per Q! Remember LHA..Now 2 more BOD's and DonoHOHOHO..lot's of expenses and very little revenue. 8K to pay for millions of Doolars..30 new employees, LHA, Concenterus, Donohoho ect…

:) Sorry - Donahoe. I agree the BODs are good. Sound Concepts - I'm neutral on that one as it isn't clear that will be enough to do what Rory has been trying to do for 2 years now with MLMs. Might be, but hard to know.

But the RS is a very serious issue, and I think reassurance is in order given the history of Donahoe recommending an RS, and the large disparity in stock price from $4, and the fact that this has not been addressed since those things happened.

It's especially true since the question of an RS is the first thing that comes to any shareholders mind when an uplisting is planned that requires an 800% gain in the share price.
