Where did you find this info? I could find it in the 10-Q. Also that's only like 100k worth of stock. Why is that catalyst causing such a big move?

Yes and former CEO tried to countersuit and it was dismissed!! looking very good for the company to win this - could hear outcome prior to november 5th IMO
