Oasis is given shares when they borrow money. It's supposed to last them years.

It's not $5 million to just dump into the market as they please. They borrow money and give Oasis stocks to sell as they need cash for major projects and acquisitions.

S1 financing is sold at %85 market price. IPOs are in the same ball park of a figure. This is as good of financing as any penny stock can get.

Furthermore, most shares being sold will go towards Expansion and Acquisitions.
