Why would you spend resources going down a path of sure failure?
Linda's ego prevents her from not only having to win come hell or high water (which she has yet to do) but also damn everything else she's gonna do it the hard way if she has to.
There have been many ways to go around this, a 1 page form to go non reporting would have avoided all this time and expense, then refile and get up to date. Easy peasy. No suspension, no trial, no wasted money that they don't have.
Why does Linda do anything the way she does? In 16+ years I have yet to figure it out.
