I’d be more curious what the additional 1.5 - 4.5 billion left in the AS will be needed for after that.......

Because even without the AS increase they will have 1.5 billion AS remaining - why?

There’s a massive merger deal in play here that they have NOT mentioned yet, I’d bet on it.
