Are those 7 to 10 working days or any week day?
Usually when a business gives an estimated of days it's ment as business days Monday thru Friday. But there is an exception when they give you an actual date. So 10 business days counting the 16th would be Friday the 27th and 7 business days would be the Tuesday the 24th, again counting the 16th as one day.
