These imho would be the commercial paper and imho would also be where the bulk of the REAL $$$$$$$ VALUE LOANS would be!


Just look at JPMC's DISCOVERY(YEA RIGHT) of the apartment portfolio which was valued at 30 bill

I read about this but I don't quite believe...

How can a trust pay its interest if its mortgage assets expire unless new ones are written? Are you saying that JPM or whoever buy those trusts will write new mortgage loans for them?

I mean that JPM can keep the name of these trusts but any interest from now on is theirs? Not because a trust has the WAMU name means that it belongs to us.

Next question: does WMILT collect interest from these trusts up to 2008, or 2012, or still collect interest as of today until they are sold?

WMILT also has claims against WMB. Does it mean that JPM has to pay for those claims on top of the 1.9B or whatever they paid for WMB in 2008? Therefore the so called "final payment" from Ron is valis?
