This was as you know put up about a month or so ago and unfortunately it didn't hit home then, I hope it does this time
Heck 25% of most of the number thrown about here WOULD BE SUBSTANTIAL to most here.
24 bill='s 6 bill
65 bill='s 16 bill
86 bill='s 21 bill
600 bill='s 150 bill

For grins IF IF IF we had 600 bill as congress suggested we did in FORCE at time of seizure, and only had a 1% participation %, that is 6 bill a year X's 10 years and is 60 BILL $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

This company was huge so even a very small % of participation equates to HUGE money

And use the same examples above and do the % of beneficial ownership say at 10% ownership and not 1%

This is a perfect example of how solid, fact based DD, as presented in your post, is constantly ignored in favor of unsupported opinions.

Amazing!!!!!

Any comments? FDIC probably retained assets...

JPM acquired "substantially all assets" of WMB is more likely ~86% and not 100%

Justice, if the FDIC has retained 40B of WMB assets, how much do you think that is in dollar value? And how much do you think that FDIC has left for us after paying the bondholders?
