Per yesterdays PR they wont have money for an acquisition until they sell $5,000,000 worth of stock, which will never happen. That’s why the PPS is going to trips, the PR said they cant complete work, pay debt, or expand without diluting a ridiculous amount of shares, ABCE is worthless. The R/S and A/S increase wouldn’t have caused a price crash if it was for a merger, but since its for dilution this will be in low trips very soon.
