I remember looking at the stock soaring Aug. 26th, 2005 and was waiting on Aug 29 after weekend for it to continue to soar, but alas I could longer trade that Monday due to the jig was up and some brokers started to no longer trade before the suspension. So I remember the 26th of Aug.

The SEC trading suspension began on Aug. 31, 2005, at 9:30 am.

The SEC terminated trading on Sept. 14, 2005, at 11:59 pm.

No. At least theoretically, the SEC resumed trading on 14 September 2005 at 11:59 p.m. That is, the suspension automatically ended at that time.

for the longest time, E*Trade had the last traded price at .15; which was represented in portfolio value. Etrade had recognized 15 cents as the last trade, which was in 2007 i believe, before the filthy powers-that-be saw to it to shut it down.
