No, the S-1 is not a concession IMO. It has always been his plan to expand FUSZ (through acquisitions, mergers and uplisting) to create the most value for shareholders. Rory is not settling for setbacks (as you have mentioned), but rather uses any setbacks to help guide him to make changes on the fly to continue to create the most value in the long term for the shareholders.
