Read it again. It is LIBE with ZERO assets, zero revenue, and zero products for sale before acquisition of 51% of PJ.

Where are the details of the PJ financials for INVESTORS to review? The investors paying for it all. Brian apparently has seen them, but does not see fit to let investors look. Must be a reason for that.
