Everyone has their own comfort levels and for me personally it makes no sense at this time to risk capital when a RS if done at these levels would only be to fulfill a lenders requirement that allows them to exit solely at shareholders expense. Since this has already happened with this stock once it could happen twice.
I will be more comfortable once I see 8ks

well it's the big IF. some are dumping and taking a big loss with the hopes that a RS will make reacquiring shares cheaper. But there still could be a pump and if you dollar cost average then it may be worthwhile. i believe there is still 2 weeks to go before the first possible action
