jerrylev, yes even after long conversation with IR manager of WMIH I still feel based on some filings that they will get value and in merge documents they calculated Equity assets part of merge agreement to be about 30%

Somehow that value needs to come back. I have had emails with him proving what I believe is value coming that needs to get paid out. I asked him to forward my email to their CFO for reply back but not expecting any info from CFO getting released even to their IR manager.
