OTC Markets is not updated until the fins are filed...so if the reduction occurred, we won't know until they are current. The TA should have the correct number.
IMO he guaranteed that he will not dilute ever...he is a man of his word as far as what he has done...he is doing more buybacks and once he accumulates the shares he will file one time all together the reduction of the AS since there is no reason to pay lawyers and accountants and the Sec twice or three times to file.. one fee instead of multiple fees for the same amount of work. That’s how a smart businessman does things and keeping costs to minimum some people may not understand the process and want to see results right away but this is all about strategy and the results will be there!!
