#112064 RE: artman #112060

That is all speculation. He has not bought NSAV shares back before, so he is not buying back 'more' shares.
None of us have any idea what he will do with the shares, nor do we know if the AS will be reduced. Last I heard, he is not planning to retire the shares, but he has not explicitly stated what will be done with them.
None of us have any idea how or when he will file anything. It is pure speculation to guess that multiple reports will be filed in one SEC report - I doubt that is the case, since it takes an 8K filing for EACH instance of a company activity that can affect stock price.
Lastly, he has used the word 'guarantee' many times over the last year plus...most of the time, that has been meaningless...whatever was guaranteed either has not happened, or never will. The ONLY thing that has actually happened is the distribution of the 10% dividend to existing shareholders last year. But the stock price has tanked since then, and literally all shareholders from that time are under water now. Including me.

artman, NSAV has diluted over 1.7 billion shares and bought none back since the change of domicile from NV to CO.

Good luck.
