Without that debt issue resolved you can’t move forward

Dr most likely is trying to talk to debtors and convince them of l become MJ play etc

Fair enough it looks like I stand corrected on the Finra approval mechanism. That Finra "Bulletin" where they claim they don't approve corporate actions seems super misleading given the context of that quote of rule 6490. Oh well, not the first time I've been incorrect. Glty UNVC
