Excellent post Smitter. I bought ABCE because of the revenue, grow and limited amount of notes. I also expect that we will hear from the company on reasons and the future plans.
Maybe someone can sticky your post.

Nice post- BUT if the revs are as PROFITABLE as you believe- BUYBACK would be the BEST OPTION. Reducing the Float and raising the PPS at the same time-IMO IMO IMO.
I did read the fins-- COG is up and less rebates. Less profit.
In addition-- they have attempted to RE-qualify for the QB before.
Look where it is now. Third time a charm???????
RS's can be profitable-- not before-- but AFTER.
Strictly my opinion- this will tank to 000's on tuesday-- simply because the RS was announced- even if its denied or rescinded- the damage has been done.

Well thought out post Smitter.

I don't care if this goes to trips on Tuesday morning. I'm holding every share until I find out more from the company. A RS and AS increase makes no since with this SS. Must be more in the works.

Very well thought out. Thank you for your experience and common sense approach. IMO selling into or creating a panic does no one any good again just my opinion. I for one do believe in the company and almost as important the economy and advancement in laws and solar energy.

If any of what you're saying is true, then the company will make a statement pre-market on Tuesday morning. They don't even need to issue a press release. They have already shown to be pretty stingy in how they issue news. A Facebook post or Tweet would suffice. It costs them nothing and the word would get around.

But if they're silent, then this will turn out to be the shitty deal for shareholders that it looks like it is at this moment.

The funny thing is, the stock will likely go to trips on Tuesday, and the pps after the split will not be much higher than it was at close yesterday. Yes the structure will be tightened up, but liquidity will be nearly gone.

If there is a merger, acquisition or other big announcement on the table, they need to come out with it right away if they want to prevent their reputation from being anything but that of penny stock fraudsters.

But if they stay silent, I will be all over FINRA with documentation and a list of reasons why they should deny the split, and I encourage other shareholders to do so as well so that our voices are heard.

Small RS and from the filing

"Although the Company will need to raise significant capital in the near term as described in its filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, other than as set forth under the caption “Certain Transactions” below, the Company has no arrangements, agreements, or understandings in place at the present time for the issuance or use of the additional shares of Common Stock to be authorized by the proposed Amendment to Increase Capital. The Board of Directors does not intend to issue any Common Stock or securities convertible into Common Stock except on terms that the Board of Directors deems to be in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders. "

The RS will not actually take place for a little while and there is no issueing of more common stock. The filing sucks but it's not like we are looking at a wildly different share structure come Tuesday.Tuesday

Good post, i also have to digest this news. Not shocked either, as we knew it was a possibility they would do it.

Still have to decide what best strategy will be to play this as panic sellers will let this drop on tuesday. Hope company will come out with an explanation before open, but dont count on it.

Think this will play out well for the ones willing to stick around. But dont blame anyone if they decide to sell either.
