Does Cronos know the actual size of the agreement. The only size so far I recall seeing is CGC mentioning 100 sky’s for perhaps Ontario.

when someone makes a false statement about a company or the value of its stock, and others make financial decisions based on the false information.

If you read the article it becomes clear that misleading information was given in an attempt to get people to dump the stock after he took a large short position in the company.

There's probability enough to charge him with securities fraud.

The trading volume for that day suggests that it was more than a few weak minded investors that dumped their shares. jmo
