What security fraud did he commit? Only thing he said was the truth. Cronos never stated what size the supply agreements are and he gave his opinion that based on financials the stock is worth $3.50 share. Only thing he could possible be charged with is stock manipulation. But he never said anything that wasn’t true. He just spooked weak handed people who shouldn’t be gambling on stocks to begin with. It’s those people’s fault the stock tumbled they didn’t have to sell.
