No matter where you put the patch, the result will be same. This is because BP will be high when pain level is high. With reduction of pain intensity the BP should fall & pulse should go up.

Where is the opposite side of an essentially round mass?
Now, I'm pretty sure it's not your knee.....but specifically where on the body did you fix the device....
The opposite side of the heart could be the back....or left or right side thorax....or it could be what I suspect.....on your right pectoral muscle? That's opposite your heart too....I would love to know the specific point of the center of the loop....
I would imagine that on the left side back exactly where a Physician would place the steth or front left right over heart would be closer than right pectoral???....but only you know where specifically...they are all 'opposite' the heart, being round.......thanks Tantalos

From a person who has a Defibrillator/Pacemaker, don't muck with the Heart, as it has its own electrode mechanisms. Listening to people on this board, could land you in the Hospital, or worse. Most problems with blood pressure, and heart rate can be attributed to DIET and nutrients. A great majority of people wouldn't be on drugs if Dr's stopped taking the easy way, and tell their patients, to stop the bad eating habits that caused the Dr's visits. The Medical Society, does more damage than cure. Yup, people. keep eating the Potato Chips, and sitting on the couch talking to Alexa and their remote cause that's what we've become, a fat lazy population. We're one step from becoming Potted Plants. Never muck with Heart, look for Natural Nutritional Remedies. According to my Doctors, I should have died long ago, but I listen too what my body tells me, their prescriptions sit there. BIEL products are alternatives for pain and recovery, eating the right foods, and exercise, are also alternatives to frequent Dr's visits and, you feel good in the process. Just my opinion and my experience while being told I had an irregular Heart beat, over 50 years ago. I'm not a Doctor and don't pretend to be. When you visit your Doctor ask as many questions as you can, then follow it up with research. Do the same with your investments, cause the world is full of BS. Again this is only my personal opinion. Good luck too you. Have a great day.
