He's already diluted.....he hasn't stopped since september of 2017. He even had the allowed shares upped to 1 billion......you better believe we'll be hitting 1 billion o/s before this clown ever signs a deal.......then he'll reversee split like they've already did twice in the past.......this company is a joke and a scam......
