Nidan I agree with your points but perhaps they dont have a choice. Its not implausible to theorize that perhaps IF there is going to be a partnership for MS, it would have to be announced after the FDA gets its act together. Perhaps it may even be part of an umbrella or seamless trial "tree" and cant be announced until Rett starts. Is the Rett or Alz trial the "beginning" trial and all others fall under the protocols so to speak.

Flip a coin HEADS the FDA has its head up its arse and TAILS, when the announcement finally is PR'd it will be one of the largest to come EVER!

Would like to think some sense of patient commitment exists as the driver but history shows BIIB does not do business that way.
