Ummm - Sorry, but that is NOT the "Latest" from Rory - and that was ALL Pre S-1.
Although NYSE would be a solid fallback and is certainly a good landing spot too - It is NOT the "Latest" from Rory. - ;-)

Last WEEK, Rory's address to Shareholders talked ONLY about uplisting to the NASDAQ. --- NOTHING about NYSE.
The bottom line is -- IT IS the NASDAQ. - Rory speaks of the NASDAQ - "6" different times in the latest video -- "3" times in the first 2 Minutes!!
There was NO mention of the NYSE.

Watch from the 20:00 mark to the end. - Listen to what Rory says. - IT IS the NASDAQ and that is the LATEST !! - :-D :-D
