The best scammers are very litigious and do not break laws, but take advantage of the system available for use. That is just human nature.

IMHO, I think DY is brilliant and very litigious, but is selling snake oil.
If I'm wrong, I'll eat my crow and congratulate others on their new found income. But mydx has no products out in the market, and they actually own nothing that is proprietary.
mydx owns ZERO patents!
All of the patents listed in the 10-K are owned and created by Dr Nathan Lewis. mydx paid a licensing fee to use them, which does not prevent any other company from doing the same.
There is nothing proprietary about anything that Yazbeck is providing in his PRs or mydx has sold or is selling.
