What proof or documentation do you have supporting your claim when the share structure is updated daily on otcmarkets.com? There hasn’t been a change and if you follow otcmarkets you will see your baseless hypothesis is inaccurate.

This country is so full of crooks. Everybody is out to steal your money one way or the other. The good doctor better show us just how good he is and soon. Just because lying is the new "in" thing doesn't mean he has to do it.

If there is insider selling going on, and I am not saying that there is because I really don't think there is, it would likely not be dilution i.e. new shares coming into the market. Rather, it would be chunks of prior OS being added into the float.
