Imo it's people that bought in the teens and are flipping for a few bucks profit. The float remains low as per our CEO. So many shares that are in the OS but not in the float will be handed over to Dr Goldman, Sterling Crockett, Eric Mitchell, Stephen Olsen and others if/when we RM. Everybody is gonna get a nice block of shares imo!
