I have to be honest I don't see it that way. Too me there are four reasons why they are doing this. 1) this is a ny team running there organization like they are miami again. And that is 100% fair. 2) They know mets fans want to see this, so they do what they do best they twist the knife. 3) They know he really sucks defensively, I mean like really will never be any good. Like make rosario look like he is a gold glove fielder. which we know is not true. And if that's the case they are afraid to show us are latest potential bust prospect, because they are good at developing those. 4) They know he is gonna be a great DH, but they don't want to devalue him and they want to trade him in the offseason. This is the only 1 where they would actually be smart not to bring him up. I hope that is the reason, but I have my serious doubts.

Truth be told if we are competing next year than by all means we shouldn't bring him up and trade him in the offseason. I would love to trade him if I can get the right piece back. The two players possibly on the trade market next year I would be interested in is Merrifield and Abreu, I have to be honest if we are planning on keeping the pitchers.

I mean if you think about it. With the way wheeler is pitching if this way a real organization for a second they would invest in a second, because it is not everyday you get pitchers Like this at the top of the rotation and by all means wheeler has become a top of the rotation pitcher in my opinion.
