For clarification, I don't believe that Boyer ever stated anything about discussions with Natvan. You may be thinking about the explanation Natvan issued following an unauthorized e-mail blast promoting NTVN stock. See #msg-715267

However, IMO it would have been a very bad thing for e.Digital if Boyer had decided to get involved with Natvan and its principals (Ferguson, Donohoe and Mooney). Ferguson and Donohoe have been sanctioned by the SEC for making false statements in press releases (see links below) and their various public companies have all sorts of shenanigans going on. See #msg-1101325 for some background. Reading the NTVN and COHIA boards on RB is also eye opening.

I sure hope that Boyer doesn't have these people involved with APS. APS would then have an association with people widely considered to be scam artists.

Tinroad, I never said that Putnam mentioned spirit air. He alledgedly made a comment to a shareholder about "taking the lid off" of what they've been working on in regards to ife. I think expectations were somewhat over blown leading up to this week hence the retraction in stock price and edgy mood on the message boards.
