My understanding is OTC markets has been much more stringent lately, and getting access to company info takes being registered with otc iq. They put all kind of flags and bones up on stuff when there is an issue. I don't see how someone could just put Matthews in there. But who knows. I find it interesting that there is still activity. Have you tried reaching Frenkel directly? Why just Licht?
