OTC markets isn't that stringent and thorough. Look at TNKE and look at all the Ray Barton skater group hijacked shells - MILV, VRED, WTKN, OOAG, etc where changes were made to the OTC markets before the SEC stepped in.

And fyi I'm told by OTC markets that they have initiated an investigation - not that that means much since OTC markets isn't a regulatory agency.

OTC markets is a business. They run their site like a business. It is more about making money than anything.

They accept money first and ask questions later.
