there are no naked short short reports. naked shorting is pretty much an illegal activity. but $WEYL is jumping thru hoops to flush them out - so maybe there is something to it. the rubber will hit the road soon enough - re: the divy that requires physical certs to be delivered. let's see how it goes. $$$ $WEYL $$$
