Unless I'm completely overthinking, my logic is:

Thero: database may or may not be locked yet (August 27)

Thero: topline results in September.

My conclusion: time between database lock and topline release must be more than 5 days.

I'm other words, if database is not locked, we are more than 5 days from THE release.
