That's not my point, my point is the stock will go up or down based on the news or reports.

Actually it doesn't, for SIAF. The stock rallied in 2014/15 because ECAB pumped it. Because they were able to attract a lot of new investors. The flow of money. And it crashed because of delays, uncertainty and dumpage.

The technical terms such as "downtrend" or "uptrend" are just fancy words for that.

Well, you have to describe it. Same applies to "value investor". Just another fancy word.
