The chances of AVXL being a winner is probably in the 20% range. . The potential reward is huge. If you can afford to loose your stake in AVXL it may be a great decision. Most pray you are right and that you can bless others if in fact it works and is allowed to be brought to market.
It has nothing to do with the merit of the stock, but buying a large position all at once in a stock with low liquidity almost guarantees paying too much.
